Comply with all instructions provided by Husky Logistics regarding package preparation, pickup, and delivery.
Pay all applicable fees for services rendered in accordance with our agreed payment terms.
Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of, the Services.
3. Prohibited Items Husky Logistics reserves the right to refuse to transport any item deemed unsafe, unlawful, or prohibited. Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to: hazardous materials, illegal substances, live animals, firearms, explosives, and certain perishable goods. A full list of prohibited items may be provided upon request or in specific service agreements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Husky Logistics will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its Services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay to goods arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, civil unrest, acts of war or terrorism, or inherent vice of the goods.
Our liability for any loss or damage to goods is limited to the amount specified in the relevant service agreement or, in the absence thereof, to a maximum amount per consignment as determined by our standard insurance policy, details of which can be provided upon request.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.
5. Intellectual Property All content on the Husky Logistics website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Husky Logistics or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
